About Me.

Dallas Tate is the founder of Tate Law and a former United States Marine Corps infantry mortarman who served in combat. His experience in the military shaped a lasting commitment to standing up for others and advocating for those navigating difficult systems and circumstances.

After earning his law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Dallas established Tate Law with the goal of providing accessible, practical legal representation to people who might otherwise struggle to obtain it. Drawing on his military background and legal training, he is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal processes and defending individuals who need an advocate in their corner.

Through Tate Law, Dallas strives to provide straightforward guidance, principled advocacy, and representation focused on protecting the rights and interests of those he serves.
